Return and Refund Policy: Kamal Agrotech

Returns: At Kamal Agrotech, we strive to provide our customers with top-quality agriculture tools and products. If, however, you receive a damaged or non-functional product, we offer returns within 07 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Damage and Non-functional Products: We only provide returns and refunds for products that are damaged or not working upon arrival. Please inspect your purchase upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and arrange for the return or replacement of the product.
